Free with M365 E3 (P1 included) or E5 (P2 included); the bundle effective rate is often $0 marginal if you are already on M365. Standalone list prices rose about 16% on 1 July 2026 under Microsoft's global M365 and Entra commercial increase: P1 is now $7 and P2 $10 (up from $6 / $9 in effect before 1 July), confirmed live against the Entra pricing page on 2 September 2026. P2 adds Identity Protection and PIM; Suite at $12 (unchanged) adds Identity Governance and Verified ID. Standalone ID Governance add-on $7.
